A fitness instructor, personal trainer, and strength and conditioning coach with a Master's Degree in Exercise Science, Jeremy specializes in improving overall fitness, fat loss, and building strength. In addition, Jeremy focuses on improving overall posture and reducing pain with unique exercise programming.

Jeremy has a unique perspective on fitness. As a former athlete and competitor, he has spent time working in cardiac rehab and physical therapy - taking a unique approach between improving athletic performance while reducing pain and managing injuries.
